Palo Santo is a rare tree from Peru that has been used by healers for many centuries, and nowadays it is used for meditation and relaxation. We have created a cocktail with a light and subtle aroma of this wood, and added a refreshing touch of rum. The inclusion of coconut and cream in the mix makes the drink airy, reminiscent of ice cream.
Ingredients: rum infused with coconut chips, cream, Palo Santo vanilla cordial, sugar syrup, grated lime zest.
