Lapsang was Winston Churchill's favorite tea, but he also loved whiskey. For this cocktail, we used blended Scotch whiskey as a base and infused it with lapsang tea. For warm and comforting moments, we added sea buckthorn, ginger, and honey. The aromas of peated whiskey from the Isle of Islay give the cocktail a special spiciness.
